Why do Isometrics?
Isometrics are known to rapidly balance, condition, strengthen, coordinate, improve blood flow, increase relaxation and calm the mind.

HOW TO START USING ISOMETRICS
For each complete set, check how you feel.
Relaxed awareness is what we're looking for.
Do not go beyond 3 sets per session.
Approach the use of Isometrics in baby steps.
Work up to more over a long period of consistent practice.
Break up your schedule.
Work out for 3 days, rest 1 day, then work out for 5 days and stop for 2 days.
Do not eat 1 hour before practice and wait awhile, (about 30 minutes), after practice before eating.
After working up to 3 reps in one session, work in the same manner until your doing two 3 rep sets at different times during the day.

SUGGESTED NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT
Add Turmeric to your diet through meals with curry and/or directly with capsules or tea. This will help to improve flexibility.
Fish Oil, (the purer the better), will help fight inflammation.
Dit Da Jou is a topical herbal formulation that supports the tissues in the joints and muscles. There are many formulations and brands.
Avoid painkillers.
